One of the surprises of the season this year has been the form of Ilaix Moriba at Celta de Vigo. The 21-year-old is in excellent form, after several loan seasons in La Liga that have been much less fruitful.
He arrived on loan again to Balaídos this summer and has made the starting position in midfield his own, also winning over his teammates. According to Florian Plettenberg, they intend to execute their purchase option, which is around 4.5 million euros.

Still, he may be sold to a Premier League team next summer. Ilaix failed to impress at RB Leipzig, his parent club, and has only made six appearances for the Bundesliga side.
Moriba thrived at Barcelona and was sold to Leipzig for €15m after they failed to agree a new contract with the Guinea international. They also have a 10% sell-on clause in their contract. If he manages to seal a big-money move to England in the summer, Leipzig will be disappointed.
