Real Madrid star Arda Guler faces more pressure than most of his age or position, according to Carlo Ancelotti, due to the fact that he is emerging as Turkiye’s next big talent. However, that talent has yet to earn him a major role with the Italian.
Guler has played 17 times this season, scoring one goal and one assist, but has amassed a meager total of just 575 minutes. These also come from just 6 starts in total, and the feeling is that the Turkish wonderkid is not trusted for the big occasions, although he did start against Liverpool.
The 19-year-old is also an object of interest from Bayer Leverkusen. Die Werkself have contacted Guler’s agent and family to express their interest in loaning him out next summer should he leave to play more regularly. Florian Plettenberg explains that Real Madrid has not yet held talks with Leverkusen and rules out a winter exit.

Bayer had already shown interest in the great 19-year-old talent before his move from Fenerbahçe to Real Madrid.
At this point, Real Madrid has no intention of letting him leave this winter. However, if an opportunity arises then… pic.twitter.com/fBiYMrcYLD

Ancelotti said it about both Endrick and Guler during his press conference prior to Los Blancos’ match against Atalanta.
