Amy Jones contributed 30 off 26 but the lower order crumbled under pressure. England lost their last five wickets for just 24 runs, unable to cope with Australia’s disciplined bowling attack.

Megan Schutt provided the early breakthroughs, taking 3/57 in her nine-over spell. Georgia Wareham complemented the attack with 2/27 from her five overs, ensuring England never got close to the target.
