Vinicius Junior travels to Florida while Real Madrid players begin winter break

The year 2024 is over for Real Madrid’s first-team squad, as Sunday’s 4-2 victory over Sevilla was the last game of the calendar year. Carlo Ancelotti and his players will now take a break until after Christmas, at which time they will begin to prepare for their first match of 2025, which will be against Valencia on January 3.

Vinicius Júnior’s break began early, as he was suspended for the match against Sevilla. Instead of attending the Santiago Bernabéu, he was in the United States to attend the Miami Dolphins’ NFL game against the San Francisco 49ers, which they won 29-17. The Brazilian superstar was photographed at Hard Rock Stadium by the Florida-based franchise’s social media team.

Vinicius has regularly visited the United States when he has free time, although his focus after his trip will soon shift to Real Madrid because Valencia’s next game has shortened the time the first team squad will spend on vacation.
