Despite reports on Tuesday night that Barcelona would be granted a court order to keep Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor registered, the Spanish Government has denied that is the case. The future of both players is at stake, since La Liga and the RFEF have released them, allowing Olmo and Víctor to leave for free if they wish.
It was reported that Barcelona would be granted a temporary injunction against deregistration, which would allow them to defend their case, but would fundamentally keep both players able to play for the club while the case is resolved, preventing either party suffer damages if the case is resolved in your favor. It had been reported that the resolution of the precautionary measure could come in time to play the Spanish Super Cup final on Sunday, if Barcelona finds a way to overcome Athletic Club.
With the return to the 1:1 rule in La Liga, Barcelona plans to carry out more operations like that of Ronald Araújo. @joaquimpiera

However, this has been denied by the vice president of the Higher Sports Council (CSD), Pilar Alegría. He has told RNE (via Marca) that the case is ongoing.
“We are studying. In fact, I have already seen some news, some information, that considered it closed. And the truth is that at this moment we are still studying that request that came to us through Barcelona.”
Although Alegría explained that they would respond as soon as possible, he pointed out that the arguments of LaLiga and the RFEF would have to be requested, and that the case presented by Barcelona contains 52 pages, all of which must be examined carefully.
