The information war over the signings of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor at Barcelona continues, with contradictory information emerging in this regard on Monday. The Blaugrana have maintained their “confidence” that both players will be registered in each phase, but so far that has not been enough.
On Monday it was learned that the RFEF had recognized in a report sent to Barcelona that the rules are not appropriate for the cases of Olmo and Víctor. The Catalan giants were apparently intending to use this information in court, and the Federation is apparently considering a change to the rules in the coming months.
The RFEF has issued a report favorable to Barcelona admitting that the regulations may not be in accordance with the case of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. A reform of the regulations is being studied and will be approved in the coming months. Barça will use it in court. @FCBRAC1

However, Marca has since denied that this is the case. Their information, as stated by RFEF sources, is that no report of that type has been issued and nothing suggests that the Ministry of Sports (CSD), to which Barcelona will turn on Tuesday, sees their case differently than like the RFEF or La Liga. They also note that the case is unlikely to be resolved before 10 days pass, meaning Olmo and Víctor will at least miss the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia. They do say that the RFEF is studying the modification of the regulations and legislative changes, but in general more than related to this case, and no information has been issued subsequently.
This is in line with the entire saga around the registration of Olmo and Víctor. Since late December, there has been a steady stream of reports from the Catalan capital painting the Blaugrana in an optimistic light, only, until now, it has been followed by closed doors from La Liga and the RFEF. It remains to be seen whether Barcelona’s efforts in court are more successful.
