The arrival of Carlos Corberán will leave six players for sale at Valencia

Valencia are working to bring new manager Carlos Corberán into the club after reportedly reaching an agreement with the West Bromwich Albion boss. It seems that they will pay 2.4 million euros to get him out of his contract.

According to Héctor Gómez, Valencia will make six of its squad available for sale in the January transfer window. Los Che intend to incorporate two or three players, one of them right back and another forward, but they need to make room in their salary cap.

Players like Sergi Canós, Hugo Guillamon, Rafa Mir, German Valera, André Almeida and Maximiliano Caufriez will come out in the right conditions.

As for Caños, Guillamón and Almeida, Valencia at one time or another could have made decent money from their sales. However, with all three looking out, it appears that most of their cap space will come from the salaries themselves. In the case of Almeida, even last season he was scouted by Real Madrid.
