International T20 League (ILT20) 2025 squads: list of players and captains of all six teams

He International T20 League (ILT20) is preparing for its third season, which will begin on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Dubai International Stadium. The month-long extravaganza promises exciting cricket action, with 34 matches scheduled until February 9.

Squad Updates and Wild Card Additions

Prior to the tournament, several key changes were made to the teams’ lineups:

Sufiyan Muqeem replaces Hassan Khan: Pakistani left-arm spinner Sufiyan Muqeem has been drafted into the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders team, replacing Hassan Khan, who is unavailable for the tournament.

Allah Mohammad Ghazanfar joins MI Emirates: Afghan player Allah Mohammad Ghazanfar, known for his impressive skills, will strengthen MI Emirates’ bowling attack.

Vijayakanth Vijayakanth added to Abu Dhabi Knight Riders: Sri Lanka’s Vijayakanth Viyaskanth will also feature for the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, adding depth to their bowling options.
