As things stand, Marcus Rashford is the only realistic signing Barcelona can make in January, although a deal is far from certain. An offer has not yet been made to Manchester United because the Catalan club has not yet raised the necessary funds, but if they wait much longer they could lose it entirely.

According to Sport, Borussia Dortmund have made their move for Rashford and the proposal that has been presented is the best that Man United has received. However, the player himself has not yet committed, as his wish would be to play for Barcelona during the second half of the season.
Rashford’s willingness certainly buys Barcelona some time, but they must close a significant exit as soon as possible if they want to make a move for the English attacker. As things stand, Ansu Fati is the player they want to get rid of, although his departure is not close at the moment.
