Barcelona coach Hansi Flick has pointed out in his last two press conferences that Ansu Fati must show in training that he is improving and working hard to play football again. However, the club are interested in him accepting a move in the January transfer market.
Both the club and some members of his team have advised Fati, 22, to look for a loan to get regular playing time. The La Masia product has played just 186 minutes this season with Flick. Sport reports that Fati has offers from Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United in the Premier League to try to start their season, with both teams looking for more attacking options due to injuries. Similarly, Besiktas are the latest Turkish giants linked with Fati and would be another option for him.
Hansi Flick believes that Frenkie de Jong’s potential is enormous, and if he regains motivation and rhythm he will surely be able to fight for a place in the starting eleven. @tjuanmarti

It should be noted that this information has not yet been confirmed in England. The one-time Barcelona prodigy is unlikely to be guaranteed a starting role at any of the aforementioned clubs, which would perhaps be an obstacle in convincing him to take the step. Flick has left him out of his teams for the last three matchdays, which could certainly motivate a move.
