It all happened in the twelfth innings of the Joburg Super Kings. Rabada delivered a brilliant leg-cutter that landed perfectly and swerved away, leaving Bairstow in all sorts of trouble. The batsman was on his feet when the ball deflected far enough to beat his defenders and crash into the stumps.

Joburg Super Kings won by 6 runs (DLS Method)
Talking about the result of the match, Joburg Super Kings recorded a thrilling six-run victory over MI Cape Town via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method in a rain-affected encounter. The match was interrupted several times by rain, eventually reducing MI Cape Town’s chase to 136 runs in 19 overs. However, persistent rain stopped play at 82/3 after 11.3 overs. putting JSK ahead by six races in DLS calculations and assure them victory.
Leus du Plooy (24*) and Wihan Lubbe (0*) were in the area when the match was suspended. Earlier, captain Faf du Plessis laid a solid foundation with 30 runs off 23 balls before being caught brilliantly by Dewald Brevis.
