Barcelona goes into half-time with a crucial 1-0 La Liga lead over rival Atlético Madrid.
The two teams are battling in Catalonia for the right to lead the top-flight table at the start of 2025, with Barcelona only ahead on goal difference before kick-off.
The hosts created the best opportunities in the early stages and Los Rojiblancos kept them at bay until the 30th minute.
Midfield star Pedri’s run from deep split the visitors’ defensive line, as he connected with Gavi on the edge of the area, before calmly scoring the first goal.
