LOOK: Endrick Felipe regains Real Madrid’s advantage in extra time

Real Madrid desperately conceded a two-goal lead at the end of their Copa del Rey last 16 tie against Celta Vigo, and although that meant they needed extra time, they are now back in front at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Kylian Mbappé had opened the scoring for Carlo Ancelotti’s team, and Vinicius Junior added to this advantage just three minutes into the second half. However, things have unraveled for Real Madrid in the final minutes, with Jonathan Bamba pulling a goal back and former Barcelona defender Marcos Alonso equalizing from a penalty to force the extra 30 minutes.

Fortunately for Real Madrid, they now have a 3-2 lead, and Endrick Felipe has the goal: it’s a wonderful shot from the 18-year-old, who fires in from the edge of the area after a move by Arda Guler.

It’s a big target for Endrick and Real Madrid, and they’ll hope it’s enough to book their place in the round of 16 of the Copa del Rey.
