After reports that Alphonso Davies’ agent had ordered the drafting of contracts to reach an agreement with Real Madrid, Los Blancos have today received a second boost in the long-running transfer saga. Nedal Huoseh will leave the Bavarian capital tomorrow without a new agreement having been reached.
BILD (via Diario AS) arrived to talk last week and no agreement has been reached. Bayern presented a final offer of 15 million euros net per year, plus a signing bonus of 15 million euros. However, there is still a difference of around 1-2 million euros between what Davies’ agent is asking for and what Bayern is offering.

As such, Huoseh will arrange meetings with Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Real Madrid to see what they can contribute. Bayern’s offer is better than Los Blancos are willing to pay, but if an agreement is not reached with Davies’ current club, Real Madrid will back themselves to close a deal.
Naturally, the Premier League will probably put more money on the table for Davies, and none of that trio have players that Davies feels he can’t beat for a place in the starting XI. Real Madrid had been banking on Ferland Mendy, but his drop in form probably erases all doubt that Davies would have a starting role at the Santiago Bernabeu.
