Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford appears to be headed for a divorce from the Red Devils sooner rather than later. The England international has lost importance at Old Trafford and it seems that he will be on the move.
According to Sport, Rashford has made it perfectly clear that Barcelona is one of the teams he would like to continue his career with. For their part, the Blaugrana have had interest in Rashford in the past and still believe in his ability, but they have made it equally clear that even with their last financial lever pulled, his salary of €18 million a year is not sustainable for them.

With Barcelona looking to improve their forward line, Rashford could be a marriage of convenience until the end of the season, but there appears to be a significant difference in their financial realities. That would also require United to accept a loan, and the likes of AC Milan have already contacted them about a possible transfer, with Barcelona busy with the fallout from the signings of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor.
