A run of one win in six games has seen Barcelona lose its lead in La Liga. As such, they will go into Saturday’s match against Atlético Madrid level on points with Diego Simeone’s side, who have won their last 11 games in all competitions.
It promises to be a fierce showdown when Barcelona and Atleti meet, and before it takes place at the Estadi Olimpic, the two teams have named their squads.
Barcelona have made changes to their matchday squad following last weekend’s defeat at home to Leganés. Hansi Flick will be able to count on the services of Ansu Fati after his injury, although he will not be able to count on Héctor Fort, who suffers a strain in his hamstring.

In the case of Atleti, Simeone has the luxury of being able to call up all the first team players, since Thomas Lemar has returned.
